Here is a tentative plan, and I appreicate your feedback.

I talked to a couple of people last night, and they have some great ideas. On Friday night, we will have a Gathering/Happy Hour (at a venue to be determined.) TX-114 will play, and we can all catch up, and stay as late as we want.

On Sat. night, we can go to Cagle's, but have everyone bring their families too. I tend to agree that three events might be a little much. And, it will be hotter than hell in August outside at a park.

So that will give us 2 events. One for adults, and one for the family.

If everyone can just pay that night, it will be $67 per couple, or $32 per person, and that covers tip and tax. We have a $1000 food minimum, but I think we can do that with the people we have coming. I will find out how much it would be to add kids to that, if it is a lesser rate, or just a flat per person and provide that info asap.

Only a few people are providing comments or making suggestions, so if no one else wants to comment, then we will just book it and set it up. I know others have good ideas, so throw them in!!
