Damon Popp

 (From the Indianapolis Star obituary) Friday June 23, 2006, 43 years old, Damon Gene Popp, of Brownsburg, a child of God has gone home. He was born May 4, 1963, in Painesville, OH. Damon was a faithful man of God. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandson and friend. He was an elder at Clermont Christian Church. His marriage was what God intended a marriage to be. His love for his wife was evident and sincere. He cared for his friends and family with great love and generosity. Damon enjoyed music, racing, bowling, softball and his diet cokes. Damon graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1981 and Indiana University in 2000. He was a CPA for BKD.LLP. His memories will live on in the hearts of his forever grateful wife Brenda; daughter Cheryl Sprowl; parents Annette and Frank Woods, Gary and Connie Popp; grandparents Esther Allen, James and Helen Popp; sisters Terri Barrick, Brandi Woods, and Stephanie Goodnight; brothers David Popp, Sean Douglas, Sonny Abney, Kevin Woods, Scott Woods, Greg Woods, and Mark Woods; and the CCC family and all of his friends. Damon died of a heart attack.
