(From the Indianapolis Star obituary) Lisa Ann Turk-Evans, 40, passed away Oct. 18, 2003 after battling a long illness. Lisa graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1981. She was a barber stylist on the West Side of Indianapolis for 18 years. Survivors Husband-Kevin Evans, Son-Kyle Evans, Mother-Shirley Turk, Two Brothers-Joseph M. and Steven H. Turk; Two canine friends Chloe and Ginger. A Memorial Service was held Oct. 23 at noon at West Ridge Park.
