There is an obituary for a Jerry Bullock in the Indianapolis Star dated Sep 13, 1990. Not sure if it is him, but if anyone knew any of his family they may be able to verify it. This person's death certificate says he was born Oct 26, 1958 and died Sep 11, 1990. Says he lived at 5666 Brendonway Pkway. It all seems to fit. If this is the right person his find a grave link (based on the fact that the death certificate says he was buried at Crown Hill Cemetery) seems to be:

Jerry Bullock, 31, Indianapolis, died Tuesday of injuries suffered in a car accident Monday at 30th Street and Central Avenue. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Stuart Mortuary Chapel, with calling from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday. He had worked at the Olin Corp. since 1988. He was a member of True Vine Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors: son, Elijah Bullock; mother, Deloris Watts Parks; stepfather, Oswalt Parks; father, John E Bullock; brothers, Michael and John Bullock; sisters, Vickie L.
