Arthur “Art” Sidney Robinson, Jr., 65, of Wheeling, WV, formerly of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Moundsville Healthcare Center. He was born August 27, 1958, in Mt. Lebanon, PA, son of Arthur Robinson, Sr. and Barbara Kidder Pirhalla. Art was a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, graduate of the University of Tennessee Law School and practiced law in Indianapolis, IN.
He is survived by his father, Arthur (Deborah) Robinson, Sr.; mother, Barbara (Martin) Pirhalla; sons, Arthur Robinson, III and Charles Robinson; brothers, Gregory (Suzanne) Robinson and Joseph (Arlene) Robinson; half-sister, Anne Robinson; mother of Arthur and Charles, Yvette Stohler; and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311).
