Good news/bad news......I have just learned in a conference call this morning that I have been promoted to a Regional Manager with my company after just 64 days on the job, which has never been done in their 27 year history. I am excited about the promotion (and hefty raise), but am very sad to admit that I will be flying out to Salt Lake City, Utah this coming Thursday night, the 4th for 2 weeks of advanced training. Though I tried my best to appeal to my District Manager, he found my reaction to be somewhat more anti-climactic than he expected. I was not able to negotiate a post-ponement, and will sadly miss seeing you all. I hope that someone takes numerous good photos, and want you all to know that I would be willing to pay someone for their efforts in saving photos to a disk or flash file for me.....Please think about Stu, as I will be thinking about you all while stranded in the land of the Mormons, wishing that I could at least have a cocktail and laugh with you all.

Stu, we can meet up and get you a copy of the Reunion Photo DVD. Bill & Lana, post an announcement (left sidebar menu under Member Functions) about your wedding and I will authorize it to be seen by all.

Everyone - anytime you want to use the site to advertise a get together just let me know - this site should help us stay connected, it is not just for reunions.

Fellow classmates that are not coming to the reunion for reasons other than work, I wish you would reconsider - don't let your fear of what others will think of you keep you from reconnecting. Life happens to all of us, so come be part of the fun.

I agree Cindy! I had a blast last night. Thank God people's eye don't change like the rest of you do. What I mean is once someone would tell who someone was I would see it in the eyes. LOL Well, off to start getting ready for tonight. Can't wait to see everyone again! Hope we have as much fun tonight as we did last night.

Just wanted to let everyone know it was great seeing everyone. Everyone seemed to have had a great time. We really need to do this more!

Sarah Craft (Woodard) Thanks, Bobby, for doing Potty Patrol to check in on me. :)I had to slip out quick cause I knew I was toast. I don't drink very often and that beer really snuck up on me. Yikes! I don't think I've EVER gotten that sick drinking. One of the best AND most miserable nights I've had in a long time. :)

Hey guys, it's Punkin! Can I just say "you guys are awesome"! I can understand why Eric has such great memories of you all, and now I have memories of my own with you too! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and giving me one of the most fun nights that I have had in a very long time! If I could have picked a class to graduate with, it would have been the rockin' class of '88! Thanks to all my dance partners! (you know who you are) I had a blast! I wish we could do it all again next weekend!
