Kevin Hayne Sitnik

June 18, 1971 - November 28, 2017

Funeral Service for Kevin Hayne Sitnik, 46, will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, December 2, 2017, at The Episcopal Church of St. Simon and St. Jude with burial to follow in the churchyard. The Reverend Mark Abdelnour will be officiating. The family will receive guests following the service at the church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Dutch Fork Chapel, Irmo is assisting the family.

Kevin passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017. Born in Durham, NC, he was the son of Lee and Emily Cromer Sitnik. Kevin was the husband of 17 years to Lee Hope Sitnik. He was a 1989 graduate of Irmo High School, received his Bachelor’s Degree from USC and his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina Law School. Kevin was a member of The Episcopal Church of St. Simon and St. Jude.

Surviving in addition to his parents and his wife, are his daughter, Emily “Emmy” Dean Sitnik; son, Thomas Xavier Sitnik; and sister Catherine Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to The Episcopal Church of St. Simon and St. Jude, 1110 Kinley Road, Irmo, SC 29063.
