Soling 1M Points Races

The points races for 2013 have been completed.  The rankings were based on the best 24 races; half of the 48 races run this year. Congratulations to the winners.

Points Race 1, March 17

Due to inclement weather, heavy rain and high winds, the event was not held. Points races not held are canceled not rescheduled. 

Points Race 2, May 19

Not many turned out so even a last place finish will be beneficial when the final standings are determined.

Points Race 3, August 18

Six skippers on a really nice day. We never had a chance against the Commodore though. He was really dialed in today.

Congratulations to Don F, Pete and Fred for finishes one, two and three.

Points Race 4, October 20

Maybe it was the threat of rain. Maybe it was the lack of parking spaces because of the organized walk in the park but only four skippers today.

Not many turned out for this final Soling 1M event of the year but those that did had a good chance at improving their standing for the entire season.
