Robert passed away on Saturday, April 27th at 4:45 pm I am from a rare case of cancer. Services will be held at Brown's funeral Home in Irving, Texas on Friday, May 10th, 2:00 p.m. Robert was instrumental and helping with all things class reunions and in keeping the website alive and current. I am so sorry for his family. My condolences go out to his family and closest friends, he was a truly liked individual by all that came in contact with him. The best thing about this, we will see him, and all our classmates we lost when we allget to heaven, Amen.

Robert's funeral service was magnificent and truly a wonderful experience. Why? Because there is no doubt in my mind he is with God in Heaven. What a awesome classmate we all had at Irving High School. I learned what a great man Robert actually was. God rest his soul until we see him again. Praise be to God for his unspeakable gift!

I didn't know Robert that well in high school - being an underclassman & all! We reconnected when planning mutual class reunions. I was so appreciative of his photography skills, especially when documenting Class of 1969 gatherings & the infamous First Saturday Lunches.
We would chat sporadically & catch up on each others' lives. Seems like the COVID19 pandemic put distance between many of us. I'm so sorry to learn of Robert's passing. Robert loved being a 'Poppi'! He was one of the good guys.
