Cathy was my friend. She always treated me nicely and as I remember - a pleasure to talk with. The last reunion she attended, I was there also; she was glad to see me. She was a great person to know. I will miss her; I wish she could be at the next reunion in May 20, but God had other plans and wanted her to be with him. For that - I am most grateful, but I am still sad that I wont be able to speak with her in this life again. But I will see her again, of that I am quite sure. It was my distinct privliege being her High School Classmate.

While sweet Cathy's body may have been frail, her spirit and faith in the Lord remained strong.
God bless you, "Kathy with a C" and may you rest eternally in peace.

While I didn't know Cathy in high school, I met her at one of the First Saturday lunches at El Fenix. We were friends on Facebook & she always had something positive to say. I know her son's unexpected death took a toll on her - as it would on any mother. Cathy was quiet, reserved & loving. She is missed. (Here's a photo I took one afternoon in Irving as the sun broke through the clouds. Named 'Majesty' - it's my visual of the Heavens opening up to receive Cathy!)
