Gibson, Joseph Willard Of Napoleon Twp, MI went home to be with his Lord on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home with his loving family by his side at the age of 80. Joe was the son of mother, Mary and step-father, Norwood Kemmer, born July 1, 1939 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol Gibson; two daughters, Susan Brewer of Millersburg, MI and Joanna (Tom) Sisk of Jackson

Joe was preceded in death by his mother and step-father; two brothers, Harry Kemmer and Bill Kemmer; brother-in-law, Matt Hetherington. He was a graduate of Jackson High School and attended Jackson Community College. Joe worked for 30 years at Wyman Gordon Co. where he was a Journeyman Machine Repairman. He attended Jackson Free Methodist Church. Joe was a member of the Brooklyn Sportsman's Club
