JERUE, Jerry L. Master watch maker, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away on December 1, 2015. He was born May 4, 1941 in Buchanan, MI, to the late John Jerue and Audrey (Ruth) Jerue Hoffman. Jerry was a member of the American Watch & Clock Makers Institute, the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors, and the church that met in his home. He loved the Scriptures, especially the New Testament, and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada preaching and teaching the Word. Jerry was an avid bicyclist logging thousands of miles every year. On June 17, 1961, he married Catherine Linda Adams, who survives. He will also be missed by his children, Laura (Terry) Marlatt of Portage, Andrew (Robyn) Jerue of Hastings, and Timothy Jerue of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Benjamin, Rachel, Cyrus, Isaiah, Darius, Maria and Shelby. Also surviving are his brother, John Jerue, sister, Debra Psalmonds, and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was preceded in death by his sister, Joy Albrecht.
