Brother Roosevelt McGee III was born April 21, 1971 to Mr. Roosevelt McGee Jr. and Mrs. Minnie Horton.  Roosevelt (Slicker) accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and received his Baptism at Rocky Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Terry, MS.  He later joined Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church where he served as Financial Secretary as well as overseeing the Tape Ministry.

Roosevelt was the Owner and Operator of McGee's Plumbing Service for over 15 years.  He departed this life on February 14, 2011 at the St. Dominic's Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Roosevelt leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving parents; Roosevelt McGee Jr., Minnie Horton McGee, one son; Roosevelt Quadrea McGee IV, brothers; Robert (Catoscha) and Willie McGee, sisters; Kathy and Ouida McGee, nieces; Diamond and Layla McGee, nephews; Robert and Matthew McGee, grandparents Roosevelt and Catherine McGee all of Jackson, MS., a loving grandmother; Ola Mae Howard of Terry, MS.; a very special friend Millicent Bingham.  A host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
