Traci Bradley McGowan, 29, died Friday, Jan. 15, 1999, in a car accident in Piedmont, Ala.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Jan. 17. Interment was held Jan. 18,in Centre, Ala. Traci was born Oct. 9, 1969, in Chattanooga, Tenn., the daughter of Johnnie Davis McGowan and former Clear Lake resident Ted McGowan. She was a graduate of Jacksonville, Alabama, High School, and had worked for McDonald’s since graduation.
She is survived by her mother, Johnnie Warmack, of Jacksonville; her father, Ted McGowan, and his wife, Pamela; and one brother, Jay McGowan; all of Huntsville, Ala.; grandfather, Jimmie Davis, of Jacksonville; grandmother, Ruth McGowan, of Plainview, Minn.; uncles, Jim Singleton and wife, Judy, Ronnie Davis and wife, Betsy, all of Jacksonville; Bill McGowan and wife, Judi, of Urbandale, Iowa; an aunt, Patricia Hoyt and husband, Robert of Garner, Iowa; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by one grandfather, Keith McGowan; and one grandmother, Madeline Davis.
