Theobald "Teddy" Charles Maurer, III, born November 9, 1951, died August 9, 2017. Surviving him are his wife Crystal "Strawberry Shortcake" Maurer, his children Rick, Gregory, Matthew, and Elizabeth, his parents Ted and Margaret Maurer, his brothers Thomas and Bill Maurer, and his sisters Colleen Goff, Donna Goodson, Marilyn Reid, and Valerie Lazzara, and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
Teddy served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Independence from 1975-1977. After Strawberry, his greatest loves were fishing and flowers. We know Teddy is at peace now with his Heavenly Father. We are sad he left this life still so young, but we look forward to knowing he is watching over all of us.
