Judith [Judy] Abercrombie (Parker)

Gloria and I were best best friends. She and I became Hippies together and in that we did some "experimenting" together with the culture of the time. She had the most beautiful natural long blonde hair the style of the time. She, Margie Leitman and I would ride to Jax beach just to get the best onion rings on the planet. We both smoked cigarettes then...as I did quit by 20, she never did and her mom told me that her smoking added to a heart condition and she got sick, went to the hospital and died suddenly at I think 49. I wish I had kept in touch, but we didn't and I only knew about her death from my mom who saw her obituary and then I called Gloria's mom. I don't think she ever married and I know she had no children. I wish we were seeing her in May. She is missed.
With love, Judy Abercrombie
