Robin!  OMG!  Where does the time go?  People we knew.  You were my neighbor.  You helped me pass 9th grade algebra!   I never saw you after I left Landon.

Never heard anything of you until recently.  That you were living at the beach, and then, that you died.

God bless.

Dear Robin,

I remember you and the Jenkins clan!  Duval Jewelers was the Jenkins until Kay Jewelers bought you all out!

You and I met in school during sports.  We were formidable together what ever the sport. We both ran track and played tennis.  George Griffin 's mother and your mother played  Country  club tennis which you hated.  Rory was your younger sister and you had three older brothers.  I just remember Tim.  I met your grandmother who lived on theSt. Lawrence River further north of San Marco.  You looked a lot like her.

Robin, you were very nice and kind of shy.  You did not say a great deal but when you did ....the statement was indelibly printed on the minds of your audience.  Actually,  I admired those traits in a person.

You moved to Atlantta....not long after we graduated from Landon.  After that,  I lost track of you for quite some time.

i would like to think that you lived life " your way " with no regrets!  I really am sorry that you and I will not be able to laugh and tell whoppers regarding who was " the  best" in sports!!

But I assure you... That I fondly remember you and hope that you have found peace.  Love Bev

I join Celeste (Judy Graves) in losing touch with you and yet knowing your life left a grand mark on the lives of so many of us and this world.  I am certain, without a doubt, all of you angels have an "angelic invitation" to our 50th reunion from your class family and, if you choose to be with us, we will know and be honored indeed!  Love you, lovely lady,  with all my heart and soul...

Robin, I just loved you , sorry we did not keep up with each other after high school. I ended up buying and living in the house you grew up in on Maple Lane for 5 years. I was familiar with the house from visiting you there. My paths crossed with each of your brothers in business years ago and I enjoyed the experience. You were a doll in all ways. Kenny

I did not know Robin well. I knew her mostly from elementary school rather than high school and I graduated from Landon in 1964, not 1963. I have not seen Robin in over 50 years, but when I learned of her passing by accessing the reunion website, I felt a terrible sense of loss. Such was Robin’s impact on those around her. There was a sweetness and kindness in Robin that you just could not miss.

I have since learned that Robin was a pet lover and owned a pet sitting service in the Beaches area of Jacksonville for many years. She requested for her funeral that donations be made to the Jacksonville Humane Society in lieu of flowers. I made a donation. Perhaps others would also like to donate. It seems a fitting tribute for one of ‘63’s finest.

OH BOY, does your name bring back memories!  I had a large tourch I carried for you, maybe the size of a small tree, but that was so long ago. I also got my ass kicked over you.  Lesson learned!  You were the last woman I would fight over.

Whenever I attended the reunions I always hoped you'd be there so I could reminise.

I pray you had a very happy life.  I guess you never married as your name is still Jenkins.  My lord but you were beautiful.  And a great kisser too!

Elliott
