Jacqueline Virginia Knapp Earle
Crescent City - Jacqueline Virginia Knapp Earle, 77, of Crescent City, FL, passed away suddenly on Thanksgiving Day November 25, 2021.
Jackie was born on May 10, 1944 to Raymond and Virginia Knapp in Sanford, FL. She graduated from Terry Parker High School in Jacksonville, FL and went on to receive her AA degree from Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, FL. She served as the Principal's Secretary at North Grade and Golden Grove Elementary Schools in Palm Beach County.
Jackie met Timothy Earle in high school and they started dating in 1959. After marrying in 1966, Jackie and Tim went on to have two children, David and Andrew in New Orleans, LA all of whom she is survived by. The family lived in West Palm Beach, FL, Edinburgh, Scotland and Brunswick, GA.
In January 1999, Jackie was the successful recipient of a liver transplant at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. It was Jackie's strength and love in good times and bad that was the core of her family.
In 2006, Jackie and Tim retired to their dream home in Crescent City, FL.
Services will be held at First Presbyterian 301 Cypress Ave, Crescent City, FL on Sunday December 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM with reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Liver Foundation via their website: liverfoundation.org
Johnson-Overturf Funeral Homes of Crescent City is in charge of local arrangements.

We were so saddened to hear of Jackie's passing. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you, Tim, and your family at this most difficult time. Jackie was always so sweet and fun to be around dating back to Southside Estates days. We were both classmates of Jackie and Tim and also married, as they were, in 1966 (55 Yrs, ) We have always been proud to have joined them in that wonderful acccomplishment.
