COZAD Mrs. Constance Adel Cozad, 59, died Thursday, June 26, 2002. Born in the Panama Canal Zone, Mrs. Cozad had lived in Jacksonville, FL for 45 years as a homemaker and a member of the Protestant Faith. Constance taught private school, held a position in the Child Service section of the City of Jacksonville, did home health care, and helped place animals from a private no kill shelter. She is survived by her husband, Charles, retired U.S. Navy; mother, Ligia; two sisters, Adela and Lucinda; two brothers, Herb and Billy; two sons from a prior marriage, K.W. and Shawn; a granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
