Chip is there anyway you can put a link to this site on the classmates.com website? Maybe where it lists the events for our class? I've seen several names that have looked up information on classmates that haven't filled in their profiles on this website yet. Just a thought...

Hey Janet, great idea! I was thinking that Beth Beisner (Kellam) or Tracy Bodenheimer had put this on both Reunion.com and Classmates.com. I'll shoot both of them an email and see where they put it. I'm not a member on either one of these websites (cheap, I know), so if you are or anyone else is, please put this link on there, if Beth nor Tracy have done so.

Thanks!

OK, I'm officially a Ragsdale High School class of 1988 website junkie! I do have a life! But, I look on here every chance I get now! It's so much fun seeing where everyone is and what has become of them!

Phil & Jerry,

I got dibs on the first parking spot at Dadio's after we cruze! Then maybe a late bite at Bills Pizza Pub! The beers are on Randy Palmer!

Hello All!! I hate that my first post is not a very good one. I know some of you all knew Rick Campbell from Middle School or maybe even Elementary School. He went to Ledford High School. He passed away on Tuesday of last week. He will have a visitation Tommorow night at Sechrest Funeral home in High Point from 5-7 with a Memorial Service immediatly after the visitation at 7pm in the Chapel. Daniel

Daniel,

Ricky was a great guy! I remember him well. Thanks for the update, but I'm very sorry to hear about his passing. If you don't mind me asking, what happened to Rick? Did he leave behind any family?

Regards,

George

Holy crap! George, me too! Anyone remember Mr. Saunders at Jamestown Elementary, when the train would go by, he'd still try to teach the class and yell his lesson at the top of his freaking lungs! Well, we had Campbell row (because he'd put us all seated by our last names)...Corey(went to Southwest), Ricky, and me!
I can remember looking at all of his brother, Don's, Kiss albums, and when he'd leave the room, we'd look at his Hustler mags under his bed. Damn, those were good times! I hate to hear that about Ricky! What a great guy! Kiss the ground that you walk on, because you never know when your time's up...

Prayers to the Rick-ster and his family...

Beers on me? Yeah, great, maybe I can get kicked out of the prom again!

Yeah, and maybe you and Kirk and drive us around again! Whose van did we use?

Randy,
Get out of high school! Nice shot of Red Fox on your profile page, too. If only you could get a couple more pics of you on your profile page...
JK!
Take care...

This site is great, glad I ran across it.

Does anyone know what happened to Brent Jackson? I was never really close to the guy, but I did see him walking down Guilford College near Forestdale around '90 and I pulled over and gave him a ride. He seemed to be un-settled, maybe having problems with his parents.

Best to all ya'll,
Adam

Adam,

Good to see you are doing well. If I recall correctly, Brent passed away about 6-7 years ago while living in AZ.

I asked Dena Nixon (Vaughn) last night if she knew how Brent passed away and she said that he died of stomach cancer. So sad that we have lost 6 at such a young age.

Unfortunately, my post is more bad news of another fallen classmate. For those of you that remember Kristal (Stafford) Vaughn, class of 1989, she passed away on Thursday, September 4th. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 8 at Hanes Lineberry Sedgefield Chapel. The full obituary is at www.news-record.com. I don’t know what happened, just that this was very sudden and unexpected.

Hi everyone, Michelle Wright told me about the Reunion,
If any of you remember me I was just trying to get out of High School. and get out of town. I happy to hear from everyone.

Me and Marvel Washington were good buddies.

I'm still here and work In Greensboro for the city.
My wife is a Executive for Jamestown YMCA.

I still go to some of the High School Games.
and still see Coach Ramon from time to time.

Hey Doug,
I'm sure most people remember you, but for those who don't, you should put some recent pictures of you on your profile page. If you need to know how many, go to Randy Palmer's profile page and see how many he put of himself on there...then do half of that!

You can smack me when you see me, Randy...

See you guys in a few short weeks!

I'm so excited to see everyone! Can't believe it's been 20yrs. I only see Dee Dee Lookabill and sometimes "Mr. Hot Teacher at Ragsdale" Donnie Maness. That's right, Donnie...all the girls think you are HOT! Who would have ever thought??? LOL!! Can't wait to catch up with everyone!

I'm actually coming into town on thursday night, so definitely count me in for the "hall tour". That will be fun to see the old stomping grounds. I used to meet Steve Turner and we'd walk the track after work, but that's even been 12 years ago or more! i'm getting SOOOOO excited about seeing everyone.

Chip, it's ironic that you used the word "short" in your last post, no? (You knew that was coming!)

....and Big E got a hold of Dwayne Peeler, who's now living and working out of NYC.

Great site! I love the idea of touring the halls.

Anyway you can upload the old senior pictures so we can "compare"? LOVE the hair! Too much fun!

Chip,

I found Joey Perez and sent him the link. He ought to be updating his profile soon.

George,
That's great you've connected with Dr. Perez! I believe he has an office, somewhat near my office, here in Greensboro.

Joey, if you get on the web, shoot me an email and let's catch up!

Randy,
From one drummer to another... da da da, tish!
Nice!

See you guys soon! Maybe in the RHS halls...

Cindy,
I have the old yearbook and am looking into getting all of the pics from the Senior Year (those who are in it) on the site. Stay tuned...
