Pamela A. Hoekstra, age 40, of Sayner, WI, died unexpectedly on December 7, 2010 at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff, WI. She was born on July 28, 1970 in Wisconsin, the daughter of Fred and Joann (nee Albrecht) Miller. Pam was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband, Mike Hoekstra of Sayner; mother, Joann Miller of Lake Mills, WI; children, Katelyn and Joshua; brothers, Tim Miller of Fort Atkinson, Mark (Sue) Miller of Fort Atkinson and John (Tracy) Miller of Whitewater; sister, Cindy (Chuck) Miller of Fort Atkinson; sister-in-law, Shelly (Howie) Cloute of Fort Atkinson and by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:30 PM on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at Bolger Funeral Home- Woodruff Chapel, with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to establish an education fund for Pam’s children.
