Tony Stelse

MARK ANTHONY “TONY” STELSE age 47 of Jefferson passed away peacefully on Saturday March 18, 2017 at his home.

Tony was born on September 29, 1969 in Fort Atkinson to Dave and Kathy (Armstrong) Stelse. From a very young age Tony had a love of farming, eventually making it his lifelong career. Along with running the farm, he also operated Tony Stelse Transport.

Tony married Morgan (Nett) in August of 2011 and the two continued their work on the farm, welcoming a daughter, Olivia, to their family. When he wasn’t in the fields, Tony loved to spend time with family and friends and could often be found cruising around on his Harley or in the water on his boat. He liked teaching his kids about all of the things he knew, and even some things he didn’t. Tony also enjoyed cheering on his favorite Wisconsin teams or watching his nieces and nephews, but he especially took great pride in watching his own kids play. Tony had a great sense of humor and had fun teasing and joking around, but most importantly he loved his kids with all of his heart.

He will be deeply missed by his family; father, Dave (and the late Kathy) Stelse of Jefferson; spouse Morgan (Nett) Stelse of Fort Atkinson; loving children Cody, Abby, Eddy and Olivia Stelse and stepchildren Brandon, Brody and Tatum Joseph; brother Mike (Shelly) Stelse of Jefferson and their children Kyle (Kim), Ryan, Emma and Caleb; brother Tim (Jen) Stelse of McFarland and their children, Hannah, Owen and Molly; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his dear mother Kathy Stelse, along with his grandparents and other extended family members. Tony was a lifetime member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Jefferson.
