Jill was born April 12, 1969, in Jerome, Idaho, to Kent Allen Wennstrom and Mary Christine Dunn. She was raised and educated in Gooding, Wendell and Jerome. She attended college at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, and also in Niceville, Florida.

Jill worked in Boston as a Nanny for many years before returning to Gooding.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Christine Dunn, of Conifer, Colorado; grandmother, Norma Wennstrom, of Gooding, Idaho; 3 uncles, Keith Wennstrom, of Gooding, Idaho, Karl Wennstrom, of Idaho City, Idaho and Don and Sharla Dunn, of Wendell, Idaho; her boyfriend, Shane Bishop, of Gooding, Idaho; and cousins, Mathew Dunn, Robb Dunn, Justin Dunn and Jamie Hollon.

Jill was preceded in death by her father, Kent Wennstrom; her grandparents, James and Roberta Dunn, and Robert Hubbard Wennstrom; and uncles Robert Wesley Dunn, and Kim Wennstrom.
