Carl Rayford Higginbottom passed for labor to reward on August 2, 2011, surrounded by family and loved-ones. 

The wake will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 20ll at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service at noon. All services will be conducted at the Sommerville Funeral Services, 1695 Diagonal Road, Akron, Ohio 44320. Condolences may be sent to the Carl R.
