Adams, Donald Kalamazoo Age 72, passed away peacefully, August 12, 2015 at Borgess Medical Center. Don was born August 9, 1943 in Jefferson City, MO to the late Donald and Alberta (Howard) Adams. Don served in the United States Army from 1961-1965. He had a passion for old westerns, NASCAR and the University of Michigan. Besides his parents, Don was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Adams, and his sister, Sharon Adams Goddard. Don is survived by his sister, Patricia Adams of Kalamazoo; his brother Bruce Adams of Kalamazoo; a brother-in-law, Ken Goddard of Baden, PA; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and many special friends. Don's family expresses appreciation to Tendercare of Kalamazoo where he resided for the last ten years. A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, the 19th, at 1 o'clock at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 South 9th Street. Friends may visit with the family at the Chapel beginning at 12 o'clock. Burial with full military honors will take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
