Miller, Mr. David B. 11/19/1943 - 10/26/2016 Kalamazoo Age 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. David was born on November 19, 1943, the son of the late Phillip and Ethel Miller. He was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central, Class of 1961, and later received a B.S. from WMU. Dave owned Edmonds & Miller Insurance Agency. He was a member of the Insurance Agents Association and the YMCA Men's Club. He enjoyed his cottages in South Haven, playing cards, and remodeling homes. Dave loved to tell stories which occasionally included his embellishment. Dave loved his family and he leaves them with many wonderful memories to cherish. He is survived by two daughters, Shelby (Richard) Burton and Shannon (Mark Weitekamper) Miller; two grandchildren, Aurora and Dax; seven siblings, Marilyn, Christine, Gordon, Leon, Bruce, Hazel and Robert; former spouse, Ginger Miller; companion, Carolyn Taylor; many great friends. A memorial celebration to honor David's life will be held at the Oshtemo Community Center, 6407 Parkview Ave., Kalamazoo, MI 49009, on Friday, October 28, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
