Linda Sue Coleman

Linda Sue Coleman 77 of Comstock Township passed away Wednesday March 24, 2021 at home. Linda was born May 10, 1943 in Kalamazoo the daughter of William and Peg (Dotson) VanErkel. She was a 1961 graduate of Loy Norrix High School, She was a life member of the Comstock VFW Auxiliary and was a strong community member and was affectionately known as the flower lady. On November, 1995 in Kalamazoo Linda was united in marriage to Gene Coleman who preceded her in death on August 5, 1997. Surviving are three sons, Dan (Mary) Kirkwood of Missouri, Russell (Emily Dioneda) Hauck of Battle Creek, Jeff (Janet) Hauck of Paw Paw; two sisters, Margo Kellogg-Granger of Parchment, Carol (Craig) Jackson of Richland; Great Grand god-daughter, Fran Smith; several nieces & nephews. Graveside services will be held at 1pm Monday April 5, 2021 at Ft. Custer National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to SPCA of Southwest Michigan.
