I will miss my good friend who was always there for me in high school and in our adult life. We had some really fun times when we were young and I will remember her beautiful smile and great sense of humor. I met Lisa the first week of our freshmen year in typing class at Harmon and we quickly became close friends and remained close throughout the years. We use to have the best conversations on the phone and I could always count on her for advice when I needed someone to lean on. She was always there for me no matter how big or small the issue, she always had the time. She was also very excited about our 20 year reunion and offered to help with the plans in any way she could. I feel very fortunate that I had someone so wonderful in my life.

While at Harmon I remember having Lisa in my most enjoyable classes, at the most memorable parties, and just hanging out around town. She was always fun, friendly, and full of joyful spirit. She always made me laugh and think; and I remember her as one of the best people I ever got to know during my time there.

The last time I spoke to Lisa I ran into her at a store in Fairway early this year. She was there with her family shopping for clothes for her kids. Lisa had never met my wife before, but before I could say hello; in her friendly and easy going manner, Lisa and my wife were chatting away about kids and clothes.

I hadn’t seen Lisa in years. But she greeted me like she always had with a bright smile. We caught up with life and family, and work, then went our separate ways until the next time.

I was very shocked to hear of her very untimely passing. Her family and friends have my deepest sympathy. I feel blessed for having known her and will remember her as a wonderful person who deserved to be with us for far longer than what we were given.

Lisa I been thinking about you every day since you've been gone. I am glad we got a chance to chit chat on our Harmon website (thanks Liz for setting it all up). I wished we would have done what we said we were going to do and go have lunch and a drink. I am sorry you had to go. I will miss seeing your cute little face. I will always keep your children in my thoughts and prayers I promise. I will miss you Lisa. Remember how we loved our designer purses and how we would check each others out in class when we should have been listening to the teacher.
