Tye  Brown an EMT for Kansas City's MAST system was shot and killed April 3, 2004 in what was described as an ambush.?

His body was found at the fire station in Edwardsville, KS. Police quickly identified  his co-workers  ex-husband,Matthew Bass, 37, as the killer,  Bass committed suicide before he could be taken into custody.
