Chicoiya was a very fun person to be around. Chicoiya had alot of energy, and once she put her mind to something she would always get it accomplished. I will never forget Chicoiya or her smile. I felt honored to have the privilage to take care of Chicoiya when she was in the ICU. "Rest in Peace, you will never be forgotten."

Bless the Lord,

Coya, was an awesome young lady. She past on the 16th, her home-going was on 9-21-07. Chicoiya was full of love and forgiviness. She never wanted anyone to be mad at her. Many knew her as Funny, crazy, and a great mom. If I don’t know anything else about coya, she gave her life to the Lord. Also, I understand what a friend is and why it is important to hold onto every moment. I miss and love her. I still cry when I think about her, but I know she don’t have to suffer anymore, she is at rest. I will say this to everyone, get it right with the Lord stop wasting time like there is time. We are living in the last days and its important to face the facts tomorrow is not promised. well the memory of Coya will always dwell in my life and heart. kisses to her only son and family. COYA I LOVE YOU GIRL

When I think of Chicoiya I will always think of her sense of humor. Chicoiya was always cracking me up and when she got on a roll........look out! I ran into her some years after graduation and she was still the same friendly person I remembered in high school.
