Frank went home from the hospital on Hosipce and passed away peacefully the following morning. Frank and I became friends in 1968 and bestfriends before graduation. We lost touch when I was in the Army, yet that friendship continued. I bcame a Police Officer in 1976. Frank did a ride along with me and I later got a call from him letting me know he had been hired by KCKPD. where he served for 29 years before retiring. Frank and I became Brother in Blue and brothers in our friendship. Hw will be missed, but never forgotten
