Survived By: Kris leaves behind his father Steve Walters (Debby), mother Julie Cox (Stephen), daughters Maddison Walters and McKenna Jensen, brothers Kelly Walters (Kathy), Steven Walters (Judy) Sister Heaven Ruiz (Mike) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

It is with deep sorrow our son, brother, father, nephew, cousin and friend was taken home January 15, 2015. He was born to Steven Lloyd and Julie Kay Rima Walters November 9, 1972. He loved long haul truck driving and seeing the beauty and splendor all around us. He appreciated good music. He loved to laugh and be entertained by good comedy. He relished Mountain Dew, Dr Pepper and fast food. He was enthusiastic about the new year and his future. He is greatly loved and missed by all who knew him. Kris, we will miss your infectious laugh and your sense of humor. You are our shining star. We are glad you are now at peace.

Funeral service and viewings will be held at Russon Brothers Mortuary 295 N Main, Bountiful, Utah. Viewing times will be on Tuesday January 20, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Wednesday January 21 from 9:45 to 10:45 am. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am. Internment will be at the Lakeview Cemetary, Bountiful.
