I am so sad to hear of Karen's passing. May God bless her soul and may her family

find the strength to get through this difficult time.

I read of Karen's passing and was so glad to see the picure of her.  Her beautiful smile brought back many memories as we went through George Washington, Kenmore Jr. and Kenmore West together.  She was such a warm, fun and loving gal.  May God keep you in his arms.  Susan Plotner Griffin

I was so sorry to read of Karen's passing. She was a cheerful accepting individual. I didn't have a lot of classes with her ( Driver Ed. comes to mind),but she was so much fun.

I did not see the news article or her picture, but the image I have of Karen is so vivid.  She was the first person I saw every day as our lockers were beside each other.  And yes, each day was begun with a smile.  Farewell.

Karen and I have remained close til her death.  We began our friendship in middle school, and double-dated in high school.  I was shocked to received this news from her sister.  I will miss our lunches together, the phone calls, and our friendship for over 50 years.  Karen is now with Dan, her high school sweetheart, and soulmate.  I will miss you.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Karen Kimmel (Miller).  Although I did not know her well, we were in a couple of classes together.  However, I sat beside Karen at the Eagle House Luncheon about a year ago and we shared a lovely afternoon together.  It is hard to believe she is gone.
