Jennifer Joan Zalubowski, age 37, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Kindred Hospital in Milwaukee.

Born on May 27, 1972, she was the daughter of Richard Ptak and Mary Heidtman.  She attended local schools and was a graduate of Mary D Bradford High School. 

On October 5, 1996, she was married to Ken Zalubowski.

Jennifer was employed with the YMCA for the last seven years.  Much of her adult life was devoted to caring for and teaching children.

She enjoyed all types of music and was an animal lover.  Most of all, Jenny will be remembered for her big heart and her willingness to help anyone in need.

She is survived by her husband, Ken Zalubowski; her two daughters, Mary and Kaley;  her father, Richard Ptak; her mother and step-father, Mary and Robert Heidtman; her brother, Harry Ptak; her three sisters, Christina (Rich) Pawlaczyk, Cathy (Tom) Housaman and Tracy (Mark) Huckeby; her two nephews Jeff and Richard; and her four nieces, Lindsey, Lori, Nicole and Gracelyn.
