HEY MARTY........50 years since we graduated......I sure miss you BROTHA...still remember the good times we had like when we almost burned down the KFC on 60th ! YIKES.   Or throwing chocolate cakes out of the bus windows when we were going to wrestling meets.  Wow, I'll never forget the times we had. Take care my FRIEND...............I'll have one for you at the reunion Mart.

Andrew Van Sant (Van Sant)

I was stunned and saddened back in 1972 when I learned of Marty's death.  I remember the overnights we had at his house when we were attending St Mark together.  We always made pizza.  Later, I made similar pizzas for my wife, Betty, and me, always thinking of Marty and Pat.  I have thought often of them both throughout the years, and especially more often as a I grow older.  Marty was a great friend, teammate, and classmate.  I wish the best for Pat and their two sons and hope the intervening years have been good for them.
