Ok, guys so now that we have our venue, I have been thinking that I am going to need some help from anyone who's willing.  I have come up with different categories that I will be needing help with.  I will list them here, if you are interested in any of the groups, please let me know ASAP.  I am hoping to have them all set up by Friday, February 18.

1.)Momentos, souvenirs, door prizes, contributions, sponsors, etc.-  This group will be in charge of contacting local businesses and seeing if they are able or willing to help out with our reunion by donating any kind of service or product to us.  We will also be researching souvenirs and momentos/keepsakes for grads to be taking home with them as a reminder of the 10 year reunion.  We will need to raise money for this in any way that we see fit.

2.) Music-  This group will be in charge of gathering a collection of songs ranging from nostalgic to more modern and putting them together in a nice playlist to be played over the course of the evening.  These will include mostly songs that will make grads think about their high school years, but can also include some songs since then as well.  We may want to ask for requests or help from fellow students.

3.) Games-  I have been doing some research on different websites and I think it would be a lot of fun to incorporate some reunion games into the event.  There are a ton out there, some are corny and some sound like a lot of fun.  I'm thinking maybe 3 or 4 max.  This group would be responsible for the proper set up and execution of each game.

4.)Slideshow-  I have been collecting pictures from students from our high school years.  I would like to run a slideshow highlighting high school memories through pictures set to some kind of music or have a narrative set up.  This group would be responsible for gathering pictures and creating an entertaining and well put together slideshow.

5.)Paper products-  We need to have, at the very least, name tags for the grads who attend the reunion.  I have a few ideas how these can be set up but am also open for ideas to make them fun and unusual.  In my research online, I have also come across "welcome packets" several times.  If possible, I think these would be a great idea!

6.) Tributes- This group would be responsible for coming up with a well formed plan to pay tribute to those students who are no longer with us.  Whether it be a tribute table that is set up or a slideshow or something else that would be honorable.  I think we should definitely make sure that those students are with us on that night.

7.) Picnic/Potluck-  This group would be responsible for setting up a daytime picnic or a potluck at a local park or rec center.  This is to be a more casual event geared towards, but definitely not limited to, families.
