Set up a "press release"form to be sent FROM the FOK site To the various media - include IJ, Pacific Sun, MARIN magazine, 

a summary of all meetings going forward should be sent out to the media as well as notices of future meetings - make sure they are sent out by email to the correct person on or before the deadline ate for inclusion in the next publication. -  Get the deadline dates - if weekly or daily -
