Bill Oppenner was my 1st cousin and passed away October 9,2019.I was able to spend time with him at our 50th class reunion and I am glad had that time to be with him. He will be missed by family. Craig Minkus
Bill's passing made me think about the time we talked at the last class reunion. I am glad we had that moment together. You never know when the last time you see a friend will be. Someone said you are diminished a little each time a friend, family member,or even a pet moves on. The longer I live the more I believe this is true. I wish all of our classmates would attend the reunion so we could have one last time together.
I agree Jim. Each time a classmate or friend passes, a small part of me goes on too. I was friends with many, yet hardly knew others. A bond nevertheless was formed as our lives touched. A loss was felt as that bond was removed to memory status. Rest In Peace to those who predecessor me. We really had it pretty good. My heart still fills with great times. -Georgia Clough
