The school's Hall of Fame was launched in 2012 to honor the stand-out athletes

July 13, 2019: Consider nominating a standout Eagle for the 2020 Hall of Fame. Please back your nominee with a list of achievements, data, awards, or accomplishments to substantiate your reason for nominating this person.

To submit your nominee - complete the Hall of Fame application form that can be retrieved from the link below: (the form shows a date of 2012 but it's the correct form to use)

If you feel there is someone deserving of induction, please complete a nomination form and mail to: East Forsyth Hall of Fame Committee, 2500 West Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC 27284) .

Use the attached nomination sheet and fill out as completely as possible. Include specific information or date to support your nomination.. Any resident of the East Forsyth High School District or graduate of East Forsyth High Schoolwho are over the age of twenty-four may recommend any eligible individual for consideration as a nominee. Each nomination should be submitted on a nomination form provided by East Forsyth High School.
