SHEPPARD KING - William "Bill" Joseph Sheppard, 54, of King passed away on Wednesday June 24, 2009 after a long battle with lung disease. He was born in Annapolis, MD on February 27, 1955 to the late Dr. William F. Sheppard Jr. and Rosemary Sheppard of Annapolis MD. He was a graduate of East Forsyth High School in 1973 and he worked for Baptist Hospital for over 20 years as an Electrician for the Maintenance department. Surviving are his loving wife Robin Lynn Sheppard of the home, a daughter Cathy Nobles (Randall) and a grandson Zachary, three sisters Anne Kurek (Frank) of South Jordan UT, Patty Flores (Alexys) of Tucker GA, Barbara Waits (Bobby) of Annapolis MD and a brother Thomas Sheppard of Fayetteville NC, also including six nephews and four nieces. He was preceded in death by an infant brother Michael. A special thanks to Robin' s parents Dahl and Mary Tritt, her sisters Melissa and Shannon, Aunt Linda, Uncle Richard and the rest of her family for their love and support during these troubling times.
