Anne always smiled. I can never forget her laugh. She wasn't laughing AT someone, or making fun, as many cruelly did. I never recall Anne ever being in the least bit cruel to anyone. We needed and still need Anne in our lives. But, God knows better than we. Her absence is a mystery on this side. I hope to hear that laugh and see that smile again one day. And, I'll immediately know that it's Anne.
