2009 Outdoor
Got the season off to a great start by winning the 110m hurdles at the Wake Forest Open in a regional qualifying time of 14.15 ... Then ran a 14.28 in the 110m hurdles at the Raleigh Relays before helping the 4x400m relay squad attain a regional qualifying time of 3:05.98 on its way to a second place finish ... Also finished fifth in the javelin at the UNC Invite with a mark of 168-05 ... Suffered a knee injury at the ACC Championship midway through the season and was unable to return.
2009 Indoor
Had a great indoor season, earning All-American honors in the heptathlon ... Earned his way to the NCAA's with his performance at the ACC Championships, where he finished second in a personal-best and automatic qualifying mark of 5,672 ... Also earned All-ACC honors in the 60m hurdles, finishing second with a personal-best time of 7.98 ... Turned in a then personal-best of 5,429 in the heptathlon at the Wildcat Invite, which was a provisional qualifying mark ... Ran a 8.06 in the 60m at the Virginia Tech Elite to finish sixth overall ... Was a member of three victorious 4x400m relay squads - Virginia Tech Elite (3:11.07), Hokie Invite (3:14.20) and Virginia Tech Invite (3:15.14).

Won the heptathlon setting a new ACC record with a 5617 finish at the conference indoor championships ... Also a member of the 4th place 4x400m relay at the ACC Indoor Championships ... Finished 5th overall in the 60m hurdles and set a PR in the long jump with a leap of 7.06m, good for 8th place at the Virginia Tech Invitational ... Helped the team to a 3rd place finish at the Clemson Invitational as a member of the winning 4x400 relay team... finished 2nd in the 60m dash with a time of 7.06, 3rd in the long jump with a leap of 6.85 meters, 2nd in the high jump with a jump of 1.94m, ran the 60m hurdles in 8.01, pole vaulted 4.55 meters, and then ran the 1000m in 2:44.62 to win the heptathlon at the JRF Multi-Event Challenge ... Finished 19th in the 400m with a time of 48.34 and was a member of the 3rd place distance medley relay team at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational ... Finished 2nd and set a PR in the 55m hurdles at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
2006 Outdoor
Ran the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that qualified for the NCAA Championships ... Helped shatter the team's own school record in the 4x400 at the NCAA East Regionals (3:05.48) that it had set earlier in the season ... Earned a second place finish in the event behind South Carolina at the regional championships, qualifying them for the NCAA Championships ... mMember of the ACC Champion 4x400-meter relay team (3:08.36) ... Finished with All-ACC honors in the decathlon, coming in third with 7,066 points in the event at the ACC Championships.
