I was so sad to hear about Sandi. I have nothing but great memories of her. There was a phrase she used to say all the time, but I'm having a hard time remembering it. Anyone else remember?

Until I looked at this site I did not realize that Sandy had passed. Sandy was always a good friend and any time we saw each other we would stop and talk. It has saddened my heart that I did not know that she was sick and I hate that I could not have offered my help to her while she was alive. I have lost touch with so many people from school due to work and when I was taking care of my mother in her illness. I pray for Sandy and her family.
I had no idea Sandi had passed away. We were friends for most of our lives. We grew up together. I t is ashamed these things happen and we dont even know it. I was totally shocked when I seen this.
I wish I could remember the phrase Sandi said alot Dennis. Sandi was sooo very sweet, I remember her falling in love with Rick ... the love of her life. I remember she and Trudy Bridges hanging together alot, but most of all I remember how head over heels she was for Rick Witherspoon, they made such a great couple and she was soooo happy. Sandy was sooo very smart and always smiling and laughing. I ran into her at the grocery store after her first fight with the cancer and she told me she was in remission and she was telling me what medicine I needed to ask for if it should ever happen to me because this medicine was supposed to be the best, I remember writing it down. We stood in the grocery store and talked for a half an hour or more. This just goes to show what a remarkable person Sandi was .... she was always trying to help or protect someone else. I love you Sandi, you were always such a good friend ... you are missed very much.
Sandi was friendly with everyone as far as memory serves , always happy to see her . So sad that we have lost contact with people we spent so much time with .
