I remember Howard fondly. We used to sit on the bus and crack jokes back and forth on the way to school. His tragic death shook me pretty bad at the time. RIP, Howard. We'll see each other again one day and pick up where we last left off.
Went to church with Howard , his death was tragic and hard toaccept because we were so young , I still remember the announcement they made in school. His parents are wonderful people and Howard had a wonderful heart also. He has been missed .
