Thanks for the email. I would vote for the Bahamas as the venue for the reunion. I would still go if it was in Barbados. Best time of year would depend on the whether people want to do this when their kids are on summer holoday or not. I vote for June.

Thanks for the email Chris. I vote for the Bahamas and date October 2016. October works well with my available vacation time for 2016, however, I was thinking that classmates with kids might prefer to have the reunion in one of the summer months (July or August) when kids are out of school. In any case, I will work with the majority vote.

I hahve researched hotel prices in Barbados but I will await the preference of others.

My 2 cents, I am willling to help at least to mobilize the TnT possie. Joy has got quotes for barbados which seem reasonable. The 2 most important factors I think are first if folks want to bring kids, if so the it will definitely have to be during school holidays. If not it is always cheaper to travel outside school holidays. The next improtant point id easy of travel. Bahamas is great but direct flights from US, other islands and UK less likely than flights to Barbados. Also we definitely need a local organizer so who would be that person in Bahamas? Bear in mind Joy is the CMOH of Barbados and has lots of contacts in Barbados. Taking all these factors into consideration I feel Barbados is the best choice.
