I guess I missed that we needed to send $20.00 in... should I go ahead and mail that or just bring it with me? if I mail it - who do I send it to?

Laura Kersting (Cure) (1987)

Linette ~
I am right there with you on the big bangs. I still find myself trying to do that at times also. 80's all the way!!
I haven't sent in my $20.00 either.

I don't have bangs anymore for the big hair, but I still try to poof it! My husband said I look like a 50's housewife when I tried to rat comb my hair. Besides who has time to have the big hair when you have kids?

Michelle and I had big hair together in College and one of our friends tried to catch it on fire when they were flipping mattches at us!

Linette, if you can find the yearbook by 5 today, (which I doubt you can since you are probably at work) Kyle is at work at Medicalodge today. He will not be back to work until Friday but of course I'll be there Friday. Do you have a scanner?

OMG I forgot about the sock tucking. No wonder I am always yelling at my kids to pull their pants out of their socks. To them it's not a fashion statement, it's just plain laziness and in to much of a hurry.

I think I may be able to find a leg warmer!

You can't forget about the all important "pencil roll" (I think that was what it was called!) You know when you take the bottom of your acid washed jeans, fold them over and then roll them up!

Linette Schaller (Miller) (1989)

I won't be able to come up with it by 5 but I do have scanner. I would have scanned the pics I sent you but I wasn't sure what you would use and didn't want to waste time scanning if you didn't need all those. Just let me know what you want scanned and I will get to that. I will have to wait until tonight to get that though because I have a meeting at 6:00.

Pratt played TMP Friday night and I talked with Flax but he wasn't in to good of a mood because Pratt had just got done kicking their ass 52-11.

Misty is Gary coming to the big party!

I actually went to an 80's New Year's Eve party once that was pretty fun. I had to go back and look in the yearbook to see how everybody dressed and then still couldn't make my wardrobe work. I was however able to use a comb on the sides of my hair and spray a bottle of aqua net to hold them up. It makes one wonder why these things go out of style. I think everybody should be forced to dress that way....it builds character right????????

Laura Kersting (Cure) (1987)

Hey Now!! Don't make fun of aqua net, it's about the only thing I can get here in Jetmore that works!! LOL!!

Hey what color is our shirts? I'm thinking it's going to be a little chilly and just for that Aaron, I will have the layered look!! LOL!!

10/07/08 11:07 PM #274

Aaron Miller (1989)

Laura you wear the layered look you can still pull it off, I am sure of it. I was going to take the suggestion and sport a mullet or a mohawk but when I went to get my hair cut today they said the best they would be able to do is a NOHAWK....... its better than a comb over and since I don't have bangs is starts alittle further back, I will try to make it work.

We were out eating over the weekend and a girl walked by our table and I looked at my girls and said Wow that girl had leg warmers on! My oldest looks at me like I'm nuts and says yea u can buy them at claires. I said dang I should of saved mine from my day and I was then informed they are no longer "In Style" if they have moth holes in them. Smart ass kids!!!!
Laura~ I think the shirts are gonna be red. I haven't heard anything out of Katy lately. Will whistle at her. I will post a picture of the design she had me do up.

Aaron~ get me some good hairspray and I have no problem doing the big hair!! My hair right now is rather longer!! We could have a lot of fun. Don't want to poke anyone's eyes out and the first S.O.B. that even thinks it's funny to throw a match in my hair. I will seriously kick the hell out of!! LOL!!!

10/08/08 10:00 PM #285

Misty Myers (Tenbrink) (1989)

Ok Laura the years on the tshirts you could lie about and say it was your older sisters. But really the last three posts are age telling........lmao

10/08/08 10:13 PM #286

Lance Ramsay (1988)

Hirsh, Habiger X 2, Wetzel, Brake & Stegman...ummm what year is it? I certainly can't tell by the names up for Homecoming. But this time around I know none of them...cause you see I'm old and stuff.

Tomorrow night you'll likely feel a huge rush of energy go rocking through the city. That will signify I've arrived in Kinsley...or you've just huffed some glue or something.

10/08/08 10:19 PM #287

Wendy Quisenberry (Leith) (1988)

Everybody please drive safe coming/going to Kinsley. From the looks of Laura's three identical posts she had better lay off the hooch or have a designated driver!

Wendy Quisenberry (Leith) (1988)

BTW, was it ever decided if we could have alcohol in the city park for the BBQ?????? Because that may affect my decision to come. I just want us to all be legal in case there are any freak accidents on the monkey bars....
