OXFORD, GA. - Dalton F. Sutton, 47, of 25 Brown Thrasher Run, formerly of Kinston, died Sunday, April 27, 2012, at Rockdale Medical Center in Conyers, Ga. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 27, at first Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. W.K. Raynor officiating. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Deborah Sutton of the home; sons Darin J. Sutton of the home, David Clarke of Raleigh and Tavian Edwards of Greenville; daughter Anikka Clark of Fayetteville; his mother, Esther Sutton Ingram of Kinston; step-father the Rev. James Ingram of Kinston; brothers Larry Graham of Rock Hill, S.C., Samuel Sutton Jr. of Chicago, Ill., Beachey Sutton of Midlothian, Texas, Wesley Sutton, Tyrone Sutton, James Sutton, Robert Ingram, Donnie Ingram and Alphonzia Ingram, all of Kinston; sisters Patricia Sampson, Janice Wright, Sabrina Sutton, Mary Harris, and Agnes Ingram, all of Kinston, Peggy Bowden of Chesapeake, Va., Samantha Dunlap of Chicago, Doris Murphy of New Jersey; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m. Thursday, April 26 at Swinson Funeral Service.
