 Good Night, Good Night Sweet Tonya! Let flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.Tonya Bonita Drake, 40, beloved daughter of Olissa Cox, the late Willis M. Drake and "Daddy" Joseph Cox closed her eyes on Monday, Nov. 14, 2005, and is now sleeping in the arms of her Lord and Savior. Tonya graduated from Kinston High School and Elizabeth City State University. Upon moving from Columbia, Md. she became an executive with Kraft, Sysco, Fed Ex and T. Rowe Price, fulfilling her professional goals. She returned to Kinston and enjoyed being with family, friends, and new and old acquaintances. In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish her precious memory, her devoted sister Gerald S. Coleman and her precious niece, Alexis Carmon and her grandparents, Theresa and Johnnie Redding.

I remember Tonya as a great friend. We had some classes together. She had the type of personality that I really appreciated. The type that only few have. I remember she gave me a ride back to the South side after graduation,and I greatly appreciated it. You are truly missed Tonya.Much love
