Kimberly Dawn Lutz Obituary Condolences LUTZ, KIMBERLY DAWN, of Louisville, died at home on Thursday, November 18, 2004. Her loving mother, two sisters, her "big brother," Erik Elam, and her cat, Maggie, were at her side. Kim was born in Kinston, NC, in 1961. Her short life was filled with utter joy and complete devotion to her sports, her animals, her music, her friends and her family. Above all else, she adored being with her special friends, her Kinston High School class of 1979. "She will be remembered by all who knew her as a loving, giving and precious child of God. We will forever be humbled by her pure unconditional love for all of God's creatures and for her courageous spirit in life and in death." She was preceded in death by her hero, her father, David P. Lutz. Kim is survived by her mother, Edna D. Lutz, of Bardstown KY; , her sister and caretaker and brother-in-law, Jane and Victor Culver of Wallingford, KY; her older sister, Teena Taylor; her special niece, Ashley Wall, and her husband, Ben; her special nephew, Billy Taylor and his wife, Lee; and her dearest treasure, her great-nephew, George Hampton Wall II, all of Wilmington, NC.
