Brent Shrum

Graduated from Marietta College in Ohio in 1992 with a degree in journalism and history. Worked for the Derrick for a couple of years in Oil City and Clarion, then took a job with The Western News, a twice weekly newspaper in Libby, Montana, in the fall of 1995 and have lived here since then. In the spring of 2007, I left The Western News and started a new weekly paper, the Kootenai Valley Record, with a former co-worker.
